THE TEAM 

​Kaili’s area of interest lies in working with the constrains of resources to develop sustainable, efficient and lasting spaces. Buildings has its many types; whether it is to serve economic growth or the benefit of individual well-being. She seeks to challenge architecture as a vehicle to restore communities, reinvigorate a healthier living environment and make contribution to the society that outlives its physicality.

Mahishini's interest lies in co-design and regeneration process. Having come from a developing country – Sri Lanka, her passion was to bring communities together and fulfilling their need of a shelter. Her designs strive to understand the users' demands by providing a space suitable for them for a healthy and Eco-friendly living. After all, Architecture is for the people by the architects. 

Rachel began studying architecture with an interest in how the built environment connects with the natural. She often includes eco-friendly aspects into her designs and strives for more natural buildings. Having done work experience in both England and the United Arab Emirates she has a wider view of different societies and how architects need to adapt to fit those needs and traditional values. 

Sammy’s interest of architecture lies primarily within the modernist era, in particular brutalism. This passion has led her to also explore the realm of social housing and its effect among communities. The political and sociological quality’s that such architecture rises, is a theme which Sammy is keen to address throughout the use of design
